✅ Returns & Exchanges (Off-the-Shelf Items)
We want you to love your purchase! If you ordered a **non-custom item** (from our standard collection) and it’s not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within **7 days of receiving your order**.
**To qualify:**
- Item must be **unworn, unwashed, and in original condition**
- Must include **original packaging and tags**
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

## ❌ No Returns on Custom Orders
All **customised or personalised items** (e.g. names, custom prints, placements, images) are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:
- The item is **damaged**
- The item is **defective**
- Or we made a **clear error on our part**
Please double-check all details before placing your order. We’re happy to confirm sizing, design, or print placement before production begins.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method or store credit, within 5–10 business days.
